Make A List: Take some time before coming to the show to jot down projects you're interested in. Browse the to see which vendors provide you with those services
Bring Blueprints: Bring a layout for the look you'd like and talk to our professionals about it.
Dress Appropriately: You will likely be on your feet for the majority of your stay, and depending whether you are attending our indoor or outdoor showings, appropriate clothing for weather and temperatures to ensure that you are comfortable
Food & Refreshments: you will find an assortment of food vendors both inside and outside of the building. Feel free to take a lunch break at any time, as our food vendors are eager to please.
Parking: The Del Mar Fairgrounds are in charge of the parking facilities. From the parking lot, you can take the free tram to the home show. For people with walking or breathing impairments, there are basic wheelchairs available free of charge, though you will be asked to leave your driver's licence to avoid theft or loss.
Money: An ATM is available at the Fairgrounds.
Meeting Place: To avoid being separated from the party you came with, we suggest to select a rendezvous with your group. The front of the building is an excellent choice.
Upon Entrance: Be sure to pick up a home show program to direct you around the show grounds. Check out the map for the location of your favorite exhibitor, feature, or where to find our raffle.
Information desk: Should you have any questions about any of our vendors or products, we are more than happy to help..
Don't Just Browse, Talk to Vendors!: If you are interested in a particular product or service, don't be shy, leave your name and phone number with the vendor, and ask them to follow up with you at a later date to discuss your interests.
Get Ready to Shop!: There are many great items that you can purchase right at the home show! In addition, many of our wonderful vendors offer special deals you can't get anywhere else, so be prepared to purchase while.
